Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, a refund of the rental fee will be made immediately, and the refund should reach your account within 10 working days.

Our flexible cancellation policy includes:

• Free cancellation and full refund of prepaid amounts (Pay Online, prepaid option) when cancelled no later than 48 hours before the rental date (where the prepayment option is available);

• You can cancel any pay later booking without penalty at any time before the booked pick-up time;

• If you need to cancel later than 48 hours before the rental date, you will receive a full refund after deducting the lower of: a) the value of 2 days of your rental or b) a fixed "No Show" fee, depending on the country of rental (£60, €65, CHF76);

• No refunds are available for no-shows at the rental office or counter, and an additional fee may apply.
